Our work is rooted in real-world experience and an unshakeable belief in the power of high-quality early learning environments.
Real Experience. Real Growth. Real Results.
For 15 years, we proudly owned and operated Oak Tree Academy, a private preschool and early learning center we built from the ground up. We started with just three children in a small classroom and a big vision. Within just a few short years, Oak Tree Academy grew to serve over 120 children — with a growing waiting list and a strong reputation for quality, care, and innovation.
That success didn’t happen by chance. It was the result of strategic planning, dedicated leadership, a strong understanding of child development best practices, and a deep commitment to excellence in early learning. We faced the same challenges many preschool owners and directors do — staffing, licensing, curriculum, enrollment growth, parent communication — and we developed systems and strategies that worked.
Now, we’re here to help you do the same.
The Preschool Source Provides the training and hands-on experience needed to allow child development professionals to understand and fully utilize theory to practice and provide an optimal learning environment for children.
